Thank you for supporting Handmade Rituals. Every item is made with care, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Soap & Body Products

For health and hygiene reasons, all soaps, lotions, bodycare products, shower steamers, salves, and creams are Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

If your order is damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos, and we will work with you to make it right.

Crochet Items

All crochet items are handmade and sold "As Is". Please review product photos, description, measurement, colors, and sizing carefully before purchasing.

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and stitch placemenet are part of its unique character.

If a crochet item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
