At Handmade Rituals, each order is prepared and packed with care. Many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, and we want your order to arrive just as thoughtfully as it was made.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Processing time is separate from the time your package spends in transit. During holidays, product launches, or periods of higher order volume, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your package has been accepted.

Shipping Delays
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help you determine the next steps.

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed or redirected.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include your order number along with photographs of the packaging and damaged item(s), so we can review the issue and help make it right.
